Sumario: | C-shaped canal system is an anatomical variation that
is usually seen in lower second molars. It has a lot of
variations in the morphology of the duct.
The objective of this work is to define anatomical features,
radiographic and treatment alternatives in the form of
ducts C.
Two clinical cases where endodontic treatment of second
molars that had held ducts described C.
It is known that configuration C has a complex canal
anatomy, their irregular areas contain remains of soft

and sealing, thus requiring an extra effort to achieve a
successful treatment duct. |
