Sumario:C-shaped canal system is an anatomical variation that is usually seen in lower second molars. It has a lot of variations in the morphology of the duct. The objective of this work is to define anatomical features, radiographic and treatment alternatives in the form of ducts C. Two clinical cases where endodontic treatment of second molars that had held ducts described C. It is known that configuration C has a complex canal anatomy, their irregular areas contain remains of soft tissues or infected debris may escape deep cleaning and sealing, thus requiring an extra effort to achieve a successful treatment duct.
