Sumario:Generalized pustular psoriasis (PPG) is a systemic, rare, and life-threatening desease if not treated in time. Genetic mutations involved in its pathogenesis have been described. Clinically it is characterized by the presence of multiple sterile pustules, accompanied by erythroderma. It can be triggered by drugs, viruses or bacterial infections, even by pregnancy. First and second line treatment may not be effective in some patients. In this article, a case of psoriasis difficult to manage is described.
