For the history of women to continue alive, these lines refer to the history of a collective self in which the history of women, that one of my mother and my own are inscribed. Through personal and academic memories, I share a personal and unique path of perceptions, facts, emotions ... that anchor a good part of my research on women in my other self. This allows me to travel from the medieval female universe to women of the Spanish Civil War, the post-war and my own universe, world in which being a woman and academic in the 21st century is to have a privileged profession to exorcize silence and keep women voices alive in memory. Para que la historia de las mujeres siga viva, estas líneas remiten a la historia de un yo colectivo en el que se inscriben la Historia de las mujeres, la de mi madre y la mía propia. A través de la memoria personal y la académica, comparto un camino personal y singular de percepciones, hechos, emociones… que anclan buena parte de mis investigaciones sobre mujeres en mi otro yo. Este me permite transitar desde el universo femenino medieval al de las mujeres de la guerra civil española y de la posguerra y al mío propio, mundo en el que ser mujer y académica en el siglo XXI es tener una profesión privilegiada y dialogante con sus semejantes, para exorcizar el silencio y mantenerlas vivas en la memoria. |
