Sumario:A retrospective cross-sectional study was carried out inan approximate universe of 100 patients who attended the Full Prosthesis Chair of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of Cuyo, from 2012 to 2014. And they are related to Age, Gender, being Previous prosthesis wearer, presence of paraprosthetic lesions and the degree of satisfaction obtained with the treatment performed, the measurement instrument that was implemented was one of the most used to measure the quality of life and oral health, OHIP (Oral Health Impact Profile) , which allows a scientifically validated satisfaction survey. It was concluded that the use of complete prostheses does not interfere with the inability to function and the feeling of a less satisfactory life (handicap) and does not interfere with the ability to relate to other people and in the development of daily activities (social disability).
