For this reason, we must establish whether the DES/RES phenomena is in equilibrium or whether the demineralisation has reached a significant role, having as a result a lost of the mineral portion lost and the subsequent disintegration of the organic part. Giving importance to the therapeutical function, this is how a diagnose comes to an end. During the development of these clinical cases, white stain lesions were treated with substances based on phosphates and caseintaes.
