Sumario:Higher education in the XXI century goes beyond the simple transfer of knowledge where the teacher has an active role and the student has a passive one. Today, the co-construction of knowledge with students is a rewarding strategy for both, especially when the pedagogical activities considered have the community itself as one of their receptors. This experience is intended to complement the University knowledge, to adapt it to different audiences, to develop capacities to produce them and to use them appropriately in specific groups that require the information that is given. The digital technology applied in the pedagogic-didactic scenario is not limited to the computing, virtual or e-learning scenario. As a consequence, it is an excellent tool to reach different population groups and, in this way, an experience carried out in Clínica del Paciente Discapacitado (Disabled Patient Clinic) and Práctica Profesional Supervisada (Supervised Professional Practice) subjects in Facultad de Odontología (Dentistry University), Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina is expressed. A proposal of promotion for the oral health was designed by using the information and communication technologies (ICTs). It consisted in creating websites by the students as a tool for oral health education aimed at risk groups with disabilities, their families and professional dentists who care for these patients.
