| Sumario: | Entrepreneur’s winegrowing of San Juan were actor’s main of the development process agroindustrial. In this article are presented results of an investigation on the ten first years of the company "Castro Hermanos” that began in 1943 and continued until the decade of 1960. La research focuses on the figure of Plácido Castro who knew how take advantage of a favorable economic context to carry this signature among major of San Juan. The framing theoretical of this work is that of history of company and entrepreneurs, that revalues the role of the actors and their strategies.
Te sources utilized are Notarial Protocols of different notary’s offices (APJ), the existent documents in the viticulture issues box of the “Archivo Histórico de la Provincia” (AHP) and mainly the documental heritage of “Hacienda”, located in “Dirección de Industria de la Provincia”. |
