Sumario: | The following article shows the path of a work team in addressing a process of heritage restoration with a community integration approach, taking up the tradition of minga as method. First, the stages of the experience carried out so far are described, together with the definition of minga and its application in the restoration of the church of La Candelaria in Quinterquén, on the island of Chiloé, Chile. This methodology of work based on the experience is in development to be able to make it replicable in the future, responding to a deteriorating heritage and making the ancestral practice of minga a valid practice. |
