The emphasis is put in the role of specialized publications, either from the state or private. The aim is to examine the spread of agricultural knowledge done by experts, but at the same time the empiric spread from farmers, in a context in which cereal agriculture was the main economical activity in the region. This perspective will allow the learning of the process of acquisition of knowledge and technology from agriculturers, the bibliography they looked up, the socializing of their essays, the interest in the spread of results and the establishment of innovative nodes en the production of cereal and fruits. Reduction of levels of analysis enables the possibility of showing images of pampas farmland that were unnoticed until this time. The interesting part of the proposal is that farmers involved in this experience had little resources and lived in a geographic area which was in the periphery of humid pampas. In this way, we will try to explain the creation process, the spread and incorporation of scientific knowledge in the area, having in mind achievements and limitations. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la circulación de saberes agrícolas en el sureste productivo del Territorio Nacional de la Pampa durante la década del veinte, haciendo hincapié en el rol de las publicaciones especializadas, ya sea que pertenecieran a la esfera estatal o privada. Así, se pretende examinar la propagación de conocimientos agronómicos generados por expertos, pero también la difusión de experiencias empíricas llevadas adelante por los propios productores, en un contexto en el que la agricultura cerealera era la principal actividad económica de la región. Esta perspectiva permitirá conocer el proceso de incorporación de saberes y tecnología por parte de los agricultores, la bibliografía que consultaban, la visibilidad de sus ensayos, el interés por divulgar los resultados y la conformación de nodos de innovación en la producción cerealera y frutícola. La reducción de la escala de análisis ofrece así la posibilidad de iluminar imágenes del agro pampeano que hasta el momento permanecieron casi inadvertidas. Lo interesante de la propuesta radica además en que los agricultores involucrados en estas experiencias poseían escasos recursos y habitaban una zona geográfica y productivamente periférica de la pampa húmeda. De esta manera, intentaremos explicar el proceso de creación, difusión e incorporación de saberes científicos mediante un abordaje en clave regional, teniendo en cuenta sus logros y limitaciones.
