| Sumario: | This paper reviews the relationship between organic agriculture and endogenous development in mountain environments. We attempt to understand, from the moment of the consolidation of the industrial model of agriculture, how the emergence of new forms of occupation of agricultural space occurs and in what way this innovation impacts development. In the same way that we identify the need to rethink the concept of development, presented here as something unrelated to economic growth, and built from the junction of a diversity of dimensions. The rural area in question is the mountain environments, which due to its specific geography, are at the same time a place with capacity for organic agriculture, for tourism, for adventure and for leisure. However, they are also more susceptible to environmental disasters when occupied in disorderly ways. Thus, we present theoretically in this paper, what is the contribution of organic agriculture to the involvement between actors and environment in a specific territory and how this process can contribute to the formation of social networks. |
