Sumario:The study of educational policies, and in particular those aimed at digital inclusion, such as the Programa Conectar Igualdad (PCI), is highly complex due to the multiplicity of actors involved and the possible analysis perspectives. We position ourselves from an approach to educational policies that focuses on the investigation of the experience lived by the subjects themselves who, in this case, led the implementation of the PCI in the Ministry of National Education and ANSES. The narrative biographical approach is presented as a fruitful entryway to the study of the emotions that go through those who are part of decision-making spaces on educational policies in the State.Recovering the emotions, convictions and passions of the subjects involved in educational policies is configured as a path to follow that allows us to inquire about the management of national policies aimed at the educational field and digital inclusion from another perspective. We observe a close relationship between the commitment and the conviction to guarantee the improvement of educational conditions at the secondary level and to reduce digital inequalities from a legal perspective and the emotions that are put into play in the implementation of policies such as the PCI.
