As means of providing evidence, we resort to the review of the performance "El violador en tu camino" and of the inadequate application of femicide as criminal definition in the case of Beatriz during 2016 in Ecuador. In conclusion, the hermeneutic vindication requires collective social actions.  Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el concepto de ‘acción social colectiva’ como un aporte a las categorías de "injusticia hermenéutica" e "ignorancia hermenéutica voluntaria", en el sentido de afirmar la importancia de la participación colectiva en la formulación y legitimación de recursos hermenéuticos de las marginalidades, particularmente, de las mujeres. Para evidenciarlo recurrimos a la revisión de la performance "El violador en tu camino" y la inadecuada aplicación del tipo penal femicidio en el caso de Beatriz de 2016 en Ecuador. Nuestra conclusión es que la reivindicación hermenéutica requiere de acciones sociales colectivas.
