Sumario: | The appreciation of the landscape takes more and more prominence, considering it as a letter of introduction to tourist destinations. The problem is that the evaluation methods to assess landscapes need updating and considering new points to ensure the sustainability of the landscapes that today are being neglected in favor of the tourist economy. This article as a review aims to visualize the trends in landscape assessment methods, considering the most relevant axes for a complete study with community integration, which enhances local economic development without neglecting environmental sustainability and the importance of, natural and cultural heritage integrating its history and the unique value of a certain place. The methodology used for this analysis is through the classification of 18 texts, chosen without any specific criteria to have a greater variety in the results. The classified texts are evaluated examining 3 aspects that include the environmental, economic and social axes. They will be be later analyzed to notice trends between them in which they highlight the importance of considering the visual landscape as the intangible value and the quality of the landscape, always considering the passage of time as a change factor. |
