El texto plantea, en el marco de la profusa e intensa discusión filosófica generada en la coyuntura de la pandemia de covid-19, tres ejes: a) la característica mediática de la crisis sanitaria (incluso para el enfoque de políticas públicas de la salud) b) el papel determinante de la tecnología tanto en la génesis y el desarrollo de la pandemia, como en los paliativos implementados c) el despliegue de la gubernamentalidad a partir de la articulación tecnológica de las comunidades, tanto en la irradiación adquirida por los poderes corporativos, como en el comportamiento de los individuos.
