The first is aimed at highlighting the essential importance of the cultivation of philosophy in the construction of culture and the political order of a society and a country, an end taken into account by the managers of the National Congress of Philosophy of 1949, which manifests and ratifies the quality of the organization, the excellence of the majority of the international and national participants of the meeting and the breadth of the topics discussed and discussed in the sessions. The second part focuses on the analysis of the content of a literary discovery, Eugenio Pucciarelli's tribute speech to the psychologist and thinker Félix Krueger who taught in Argentina for less than five years, to return to Germany later to occupy his chair in Leipzig. In third place, an excerpt from the book by Krueger selected in Pucciarelli's intervention: The dimension in depth and the contrasts of the emotional life, opens an unexpected aspect of medieval and modern German thought and allows to ratify the importance of outstanding German theosophy in Jacob Böhme - with background in Master Eckhart, the Abbot Trithemio and Nicholas of Cusa - in the deep influence subsequent to Luther of the Silesian thinker or philosophus teutonicus within the pious currents and the intellectual agreements and polemics with G. Hegel, F. Schelling and F.J. von Baader. El presente trabajo con el que se quiere recordar y rendir homenaje al Primer Congreso Nacional de Filosofía, se compone de tres partes. La primera se orienta a destacar la importancia imprescindible del cultivo de la filosofía en la construcción de la cultura y el orden político de una sociedad y de un país, un fin tenido en cuenta por los gestores del Congreso Nacional de Filosofía de 1949, que se manifiesta y ratifica en la calidad de la organización, la excelencia de la mayoría de los participantes internacionales y nacionales del encuentro y la amplitud de los temas expuestos y discutidos en las sesiones. La segunda parte se centra en el análisis del contenido de un hallazgo literario, el discurso de homenaje de Eugenio Pucciarelli al psicólogo y pensador Felix Krueger quien enseñó en la Argentina por menos de un quinquenio, para volver porteriormente a Alemania a ocupar su cátedra en Leipzig. En tercer puesto, un extracto del libro de Krueger seleccionado en la intervención de Pucciarelli: La dimensión en profundidad y los contrastes de la vida emotiva, abre un aspecto inesperado del pensamiento germano medieval y moderno y permite ratificar la importancia de la teosofía alemana sobresaliente en Jacob Böhme –con antecedentes en Maestro Eckhart, el Abad Trithemio y Nicolás de Cusa"”en la influencia profunda posterior a Lutero del pensador silesiano o philosophus teutonicus dentro de las corrientes piadosas y los acuerdos y polémicas intelectuales con G.
