Sumario:Within the framework of the research project "Form and train at UNSAM – Universidad Nacional de San Martín", in 2018, a study was carried out whose focus was on teaching practices at the university. Based on methodological strategies that promoted active participation and fostered the reflexivity of teachers, the objective of the project was to contribute elements that favored the revision of teaching to improve the practices carried out in the university. The starting point of this research was the realization of the "Form in UNSAM" survey, anonymous and voluntary, to teachers of undergraduate careers of that university. The objective of implementing this survey was twofold: on the one hand, to reveal general characteristics of the teaching staff and, on the other hand, to know the social representations of teachers operating on teaching, in order to identify dimensions that would allow us to delve into work with teachers. We carry out this search for representations, understanding them as forms of knowledge elaborated and shared by a social group - in this case, teachers - that build a common reality for that group (Jodelet, 1997). This work is the product of the analysis of said survey.
