| Sumario: | In Río Negro, most of the coastal environments considered of greatest interest from the ecological and/or productive point of view have been surveyed, although at a different scale or/and sometimes in an intermittent way. Nevertheless, the information is scattered, that is why most of the time one can not count on an updated and globalizing outlook that can allow decision-making in a dynamic way and a real species and/or their environment management. Because of this, it is necessary to generate a Río Negro’s Maritime Coast Management Plan, that is, a territory classification according to its ecological sensibility degree, expressed in environmental cartographic units and stating management guidelines for them. An inventory and Resources Planning System is chosen, adapted to a Participative Planning method which gets involved in a direct way, through meetings and workshops, to the different provincial, county bodies, research centres, environment non-government organizations, intermediate organizations, experts. A Risks Assessment Method is used for elements Assessment and identification of greater ecological sensibility areas which allows to make maps of threats, vulnerability and risk level. |
