En el presente trabajo analizamos el proceso de reivindicación de identidades étnicas que ha cobrado fuerza en nuestro País en las últimas décadas, si bien desde hace unos años ese proceso parece haber entrado en una etapa regresiva.Desde una perspectiva crítica se revisan problemas presentes en discursos e instituciones oficiales, sea porque desconocen las condiciones de la vida cotidiana de sectores que se pretende incluir, sea porque se cae en la tendencia a su minorización y desvalorización, o porque se los trata de manera ahistórica.Consideramos que las propuestas de De Sousa Santos, Fornet Betancourt y hasta cierto punto la de Ricoeur sobre la necesidad de la práctica constante de la traducción entre culturas, con participación activa de los integrantes de las "desfavorecidas", brinda un camino posible de apertura de diálogos, que deben partir de la simetría de condiciones entre los interlocutores.Analizamos recomendaciones de la Resolución 119/10 del Consejo Federal de Educación argentino, en que se avanza sobre pautas para la implementación de la Educación Intercultural Bilingüe, considerando que la complejidad de la cuestión impide que sea exclusivamente adjudicada a la responsabilidad de las instituciones educativas, cuya historia y tradición no las ha preparado para tan compleja tarea.     Centro de Investigaciones Interdisciplinarias de Filosofía en la Escuela (CIIFE) 2017-12-03 info:eu-repo/semantics/article info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion Artículo evaluado por pares application/pdf application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document https://revistas.uncu.edu.ar/ojs3/index.php/saberesypracticas/article/view/1040 Saberes y prácticas.
