Sumario: | This article aims to investigate the existence of organizational models with a gender and an innovative perspective in the tourism business sector in Latin America, and what their characteristics are. Consequently, a descriptive review was carried out aiming at obtaining information on the existence of models with a gender perspective in the sector, based on the bibliography found and selected as being of interest. The articles addressed in Spanish arise from the consultation carried out in different electronic libraries of high scientific and academic rigor. From this studio, we learned that there are not any model of organizations with a gender perspective in the field of tourism companies in Latin presented in the bibliography in spite of basing our studies on studying women in their field of employment and not on the organizations’structures and processes. |
