Sumario: | This article aims to highlight some elements framed within the academic activities that were developed in the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences in the years 1967 and 1968 in the reception of Michel Foucault. Indeed, in this sense, we have two types of activities developed by the Chair of Philosophy of History directed by Professor Jesús Bentancourt Díaz, which produced a series of reading booklets, entitled "Estructuralismo e historia", and had three volumes on three thinkers located within structuralism; a program and rationale for a 1968 course on the movement; and a series of classes at the Faculty of Architecture in which different contemporary philosophical currents were developed, among them, the one we are highlighting. Secondly, it will correspond to highlight the direct reception of Foucault through one of the booklets on structuralism published by the Chair, which was in charge of the young researcher Javier Sasso. |
