Sumario: | This paper analyzes the superficiality of public discourse, both at the parliamentary and media level, regarding ethically important issues. This could be due to the fact that we are in a phase of transition from one social imaginary to another. The concept of "imaginary" is examined and two models of normative foundation of such imaginaries are analyzed, that of natural law and that of sovereignty. The current validity of the second of these models would be in a crisis of meaning that promotes the emergence of violent identities, favored by the return of Marxism in the Laclau-Mouffe version. |
