Sumario: | The objective of this article is to analyze the film El impostor (1997) as a transposition of the namesake Silvina Ocampo’s short story, a film project started by María Luisa Bemberg in 1994 and finished in 1997 by Alejandro Maci. The concept of transposition, which allows us to examine the semiotic and material transformations, the resignifications, trajectories and semiotic drifts that occur in the passage from one language to another, will also lead us to observe what happens in this case with the fantastic genre in the transition from literature to cinema. |
